In this program, you’ll get all the information you need to successfully lower your LDL cholesterol, get that A1c down, and reduce your blood pressure. Medication shouldn’t be the first approach to managing your health.

Does this sound familiar?

After stepping on the scale over the last several months, you’ve noticed your weight has steadily gone up. Your clothes don’t fit like they used to and you just don’t have any energy these days. You know something needs to change…

You search Google to look for a weight loss program that will work best for you. Or maybe you saw the next best thing on a TV commercial. So you take the leap and find yourself spending several hundred or thousands of dollars on supplements, shakes, exercise equipment, and meals to get back into shape.

Fast forward several months later and you find that exercise bike is covered in clothes, the meals and shakes never got eaten, and you’re still finding yourself back in the same place you were before – tired, uncomfortable, and frustrated.

But now you have a doctors appointment coming up. You’re hoping everything turns out ok, but then they tell you your blood sugar is elevated as is your cholesterol and blood pressure. They suggest starting on some medication to improve your numbers. But that’s the last thing you want to do! You feel motivated now to make a change more than ever…but where do you start?

The dietitian behind the program

Allow me to quickly introduce myself. I’m Carrie, a registered dietitian who has helped hundreds of people since obtaining my credentials in 2013, improve their heart health and blood sugar levels.

While working at an inpatient hospital in Indiana, I taught cardiac rehab classes and educated patients on how to control their type 2 diabetes. But being in this environment limited me on how much information I could provide. After all, healthy habits don’t pop up overnight after just one session.
